However,if we do not receive any respond from you within 2 days, we will pass the item(s) to the next interested buyer without any notification to you.You will be blacklisted.

1. Prices stated are all NON-NEGOTIABLE and in Ringgit Malaysia.

2. Prices stated are NOT INCLUSIVE of postage fee unless stated. Postage fees are WITHIN MALAYSIA ONLY and will be vary for different country which also depends on weight of the goods purchased.

3. Pre-Order item will take 1-2weeks to reach u after payment being received (preorder date closed).depend on shipment

4. All items are 100% BRAND NEW.

5. BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK. Goods sold are non-returnable/refundable/exchangeable.

6. All photos are provided by supplier. Size and measurement are also given by supplier.

7. There are 2-3cm discrepancy in measurements and slight color differences. Do not buy if you prefer high quality product or very sensitive with the product quality/color/size different from photo to avoid any unhappy circumstances occurs.

8. All items are available for order unless i mention -OUT OF STOCK-. If the item you ordered is out of stock, a FULL REFUND will be made to you.

9. NO REFUND is given if you make payment after the closing date for each batch of Pre-Order

10. I'll ask for BALANCE or REFUND. Balance or refund which are not claimed for a month will be burned.

11. PLEASE INFORM ME after you make payment through my FB inbox.

12. You can choose to make payment through cash deposit/transfer/online banking. Then SCAN/COPY PASTE/ CAPTURED IMAGE of payment receipt and attached them to my FB inbox or gmail as the proof of your payment. Payment without proof will not be entertained.

13. Once payment been made, you can't cancel the order. Refund will not be given for any cancellation of goods.

14. Buyers pay 100% for postage fees. We will not be responsible for any unpleasant incidents occurred during shipping.

15. All items are send by using POS LAJU or POS EXPRESS. Total amount of priceswill be vary then.

16. After delivery been made, we will inform customer their parcel track number.

17. We will inform the customer if there is any delay in delivering the goods ordered.

18. We reserved right to add or modify these terms and conditions at anytime.

19. Once you submitted your order form, we assumed that you have read and accept the terms and conditions.
